The screw was too short to use on any of my sewing machines, even though this is supposed to be a universal part. When contacting customer service I was told to gift it to someone or go to the hardware store and find a screw that fits. WTF! I was only refunded my shipping cost and not the cost of the product. Don’t order from this company.
