The test kit was easy to use. The instructions were clear, and the results were immediate.
Easy to operate:
Step 1: Collect samples from feline feces using the swab.
Step 2: Dilute the sample. Insert the swab into the specimen tube containing 1ml of assay diluent.
Step 3: Using the disposable dropper provided, take the samples from extracted and mixed specimens in the tube
Step 4: Add five (5) drops into the test device sample hole using the disposable dropper.
Step 5: Interpret test results for 5 - 10 minutes.
1. All specimens should be handled as being potentially infectious.
2. Do not open or remove test kits from their individually sealed pouches until immediately before their use.
3. Do not use the test kit if the pouch is damaged or the seal is broken
4. Do not reuse the test kit.
5. Use proper disposal of the test kit after usage.
Negative result- The presence of only one band within the result window indicates a negative result.
Positive result- The presence of two-color bands (“T” and “C”) within the result window, no matter which band appears first indicates a positive result.
Invalid result- If the color band is not visible within the result window after performing the test, the result is considered invalid. The directions may not have been followed correctly or the test may have deteriorated. It is recommended that the specimen be re-tested.
